Hello beauties! It’s time for my July 2014 favorites!
It’s been a busy and stressful month for me, so I’m sorry I haven’t been posting as much, especially reviews. I don’t have a lot of favorites this month, but here are the things I’ve been loving!
The first thing I’ve been obsessed with is the Urban Decay Ammo Palette. This is such a gorgeous palette and I’ve been using it a ton!
The next thing that’s been getting a lot of use is my Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette. This is a great neutral palette, especially for those of us who are more color lovers than neutral lovers, because you can pull what you don’t get from colorful palettes from here, like a highlight, transition, or deepening shade.
I am so impressed with Be A Bombshell’s eyeshadows, especially this quad, called the Barcelona quad. I absolutely love it for a dramatic cool look!
I’m pretty sure this is the only highlighter I’ve used this month, which is rare for me! This is the Mary-Loumanizer from the Balm.
Since the Mary-Loumanizer is super intense, a lighter application technique is needed, so I’ve been using this Elf Fan Brush, which is amazing.
Next up are two Nyx Butter Lipsticks, which I absolutely adore. Fun Size and Gumdrop have been my favorites this month.
The next thing is from Bare Minerals. I have a deluxe sample of it here. This is the Ready Bronzer in The Skinny Dip. I absolutely love this (way more than I was expecting too, actually). It looks super light and natural, so it makes application a breeze.
The Smoochies Lipsticks by Covergirl are super popular in the beauty community, so I finally decided to try one! This is #alter-ego and I absolutely love it!!
Finally, we have a Nyx Butter Gloss in Meringue. I’m not normally a lip gloss lover, but I’m in love with these Nyx Butter Glosses, especially this one! It’s super pigmented and has a gorgeous shine to it.
That’s it for July Faves!! What were your favorites this month?
